The Executive Support Professional plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive clerical and administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and manage calendars for senior leaders, coordinating appointments and meetings effectively.
- Generate and disseminate internal communications, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Facilitate administrative tasks related to meetings, including preparation and follow-up.
- Assist in various office operations to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support or office administration within the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Proven experience in developing outreach materials and coordinating packages.
- Familiarity with website content management and social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of IC processes and protocols.
- Proficient in calendar management and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or Lotus Notes.
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (7+ years) in a professional or military setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience interacting with government entities.
- Expertise in calendar maintenance, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and associated administrative tasks.
- Ability to track employee leave and travel, along with drafting and proofreading documents.
- Experience in basic office management and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Knowledge of IC domains and outreach package development.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

The salary range for this position is between $51,600.00 and $106,000.00 annually, determined by various factors including location, education, skills, and experience.
