Position Overview

We facilitate the creation of impactful promotional experiences that resonate with their audience.


Key Responsibilities:
- Organize daily operations to adhere to critical deadlines and service level agreements.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
- Oversee intricate projects that may involve diverse shipping destinations, kitting/fulfillment, and expedited orders.
- Anticipate client requirements by analyzing account history.
- Resolve order-related issues to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

- Generate quotes and manage the order processing workflow.
- Innovate product ideas by collaborating with approved suppliers, analyzing market trends, and engaging with internal marketing and merchandising teams.

- Foster relationships with internal departments to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with designated sales representatives on significant projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment of responsibilities.
- Work alongside the finance team to streamline the billing process and address any billing discrepancies.

May have opportunities to participate in annual National Sales Meetings to discover new product offerings, stay informed on industry trends, and network with suppliers.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building customer relationships.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Knowledge of promotional products merchandising.
- Experience in product purchasing and vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with industry tools such as ESP or Sage.

Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles.
- At least 2 years of project management experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
