Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize daily activities to adhere to essential deadlines and customer service agreements.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Oversee intricate projects that may involve shipments to various locations, kitting/fulfillment, and expedited orders.
- Proactively address customer needs by analyzing account histories.
- Resolve order-related issues by identifying optimal solutions for clients.
- Generate quotes and manage the order processing workflow.
- Develop product ideas by collaborating with approved suppliers, researching market trends, and coordinating with internal marketing and merchandising teams.
- Foster relationships with internal departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Work closely with assigned sales representatives on significant projects, maintaining regular communication to clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline the billing process and address any billing discrepancies.
- Participate in annual National Sales Meetings to discover new product offerings, stay informed on industry trends, and network with vendors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Knowledge of promotional products merchandising.
- Experience in product purchasing and vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with industry tools such as ESP or Sage.
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management.
- High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
