Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize daily activities to adhere to essential deadlines and customer service agreements.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Oversee intricate projects that may involve shipments to various locations, kitting/fulfillment, and expedited orders.
  • Proactively address customer needs by analyzing account histories.
  • Resolve order-related issues by identifying optimal solutions for clients.
  • Generate quotes and manage the order processing workflow.
  • Develop product ideas by collaborating with approved suppliers, researching market trends, and coordinating with internal marketing and merchandising teams.
  • Foster relationships with internal departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Work closely with assigned sales representatives on significant projects, maintaining regular communication to clarify roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline the billing process and address any billing discrepancies.
  • Participate in annual National Sales Meetings to discover new product offerings, stay informed on industry trends, and network with vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate customer relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Knowledge of promotional products merchandising.
  • Experience in product purchasing and vendor negotiations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with industry tools such as ESP or Sage.
Basic Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management.
  • High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
