We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Promotional Products Special Order Account Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks, meeting crucial deadlines, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet customer service level agreements and deadlines.
  • Manage complex projects, including multiple destination shipments, kitting/fulfillment, and rush orders.
  • Anticipate customer needs by understanding account history and providing proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer experience and build strong relationships.
  • Partner with sales representatives to align on project roles and responsibilities.
  • Facilitate the billing process and resolve billing resolutions with the finance team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
