- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, sharing best practices and ideas to drive business growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a sales or delivery position.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
