Salary: Estimated $200k+ 1st Year OTE (On-Target Earnings), plus 100% employee-paid benefits, and a company vehicle provided.

Job Overview

This role entails leading the sales team in Madison, focusing on driving financial results through exceptional sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies, and maintain alignment with the company's Core Values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase annual revenue, meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Lead Saturday sales blitz initiatives to drive growth and boost sales numbers.
  • Track field representative KPIs, address deficiencies as they arise, and recognize overachievers to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain open communication channels with field representatives, providing production support and ensuring client satisfaction throughout projects.

Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining standardized onboarding and training procedures, supporting field representatives with adjustments and customer interactions, and hosting regular meetups to promote a positive work environment.
