Executive Leader, Midwest Sales Operations

Ceribell is a rapidly growing medical technology startup that produces the world's first brain monitor for point-of-care seizure triage and treatment. Our groundbreaking technology enables healthcare providers to test for a suspected seizure and then deliver treatments within minutes.
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our sales efforts across a designated region. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in the medical device industry, particularly in selling into complex and disruptive environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Managers, developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive new business acquisition, and cultivating strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 10+ years of experience in medical device sales, and 5+ years of leadership experience in a regional or national sales management role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
The Regional Director will receive a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $200,000, uncapped variable compensation up to $400,000, and Ceribell equity.
