Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Renewable Energy Solutions Sales Executive to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth in the renewable energy solutions space.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the renewable energy market and its trends. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives. Your expertise will also be crucial in building relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to position our company as a trusted partner in the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the renewable energy solutions space
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted solutions
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on the benefits and implementation of renewable energy solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and partnerships
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive field sales experience at the C-level
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the renewable energy market and its trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
