Business Development Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Account Specialist to join our team at AS&E. As a key member of our sales and services team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our services business.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and support the Product Sales Bid Team with services pricing, spares pricing, and services deliverables in response to RFI & RFP's
- Create and assist in the generation of service quotes and proposals in response to bids
- Support and track renewals and opportunities using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Excel, and MS TEAMS
- Support the Sales of Spare Parts quotes utilizing Word-based templates
- Assist in the implementation of programs to grow the services revenue
- Analyze opportunities and mine the install base to look for win-back opportunities
- High School Diploma required
- Associate's Degree or B.S. preferred
- Minimum 2+ years (or equivalent experience) of supporting complex services and sales opportunities
- Some technical background or services experience
- Ability to effectively manage both proposals and administrative functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of MS D365 workflow management systems or similar ERP system
