Job Description

As a key member of the Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions team, the Commercial Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving business development and expansion initiatives to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities consistent with our market focus and operational capabilities within assigned territories/accounts.
  • Identify and research new sales targets, qualify leads, and manage prospect relationships to uncover needs and secure opportunities for engagement.
  • Manage the sales process, including the development of quotes and sales proposals, as well as RFP responses in cooperation with Operations.
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization to advance opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Assist in recruiting activities for new site implementation and monitor competitor activity.
  • Identify market trends and consistently represent the organization and its vision internally and externally to ensure prospective clients have a positive experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
