About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Content Specialist to join our team at AS&E, an OSI Systems Company. As a Proposal Content Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and centralizing all proposal content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update proposal automation software to ensure seamless content management.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to create technically accurate and persuasive sales content.
  • Conduct market and discipline-specific research to inform content development.
  • Support proposal functions with custom write-ups, executive summaries, and compliance matrices as required.
  • Copy edit and format proposal documents for customer submission.
  • Develop and maintain content for other company functions, such as Program Management and Service.
  • Customize proposal templates per region and identify effective content.
  • Work with Sales and Sales Operations to improve proposal messaging and graphics.
  • Participate in proposal win/loss debriefs to incorporate feedback into content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience with proposal automation software preferred.
  • 2+ years of proposal writer/content experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of basic contract language.
  • Foreign Language proficiency a plus.
