In this standalone position, you will manage all facets of HR Administration, collaborating closely with senior leadership and management. Your administrative duties will include, but are not limited to, payroll processing, benefits management, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, compliance, and the development and enforcement of employee policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will spearhead projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and nurturing organizational culture. Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Generalist roles
  • Able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment with multiple ongoing projects
  • Establish trust and credibility with employees and management through effective listening and support
  • In-depth knowledge of current HR trends and employment law changes
  • Experience in administering benefits plans and liaising with providers to create and communicate these plans
  • Skilled in facilitating discussions, resolving disputes, and delivering exceptional internal and external customer service with high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to navigate issues within established policies while implementing effective policy modifications or creations
  • Capable of identifying trends in employee feedback and proposing enhancements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication across all organizational levels
  • Provide guidance to employees and management, showcasing a solid foundation in key HR areas
  • Basic operational knowledge of HR systems including recruiting, onboarding, and payroll
  • Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
