Core Duties:

  • Work closely with senior leadership to align staffing, recruitment, and retention strategies with organizational goals.
  • Design, implement, and oversee policies and training initiatives that support compliance and strategic HR needs.

  • Identify staffing requirements and establish best practices for recruitment and talent management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in a senior HR role.
  • Proven success in implementing HR processes and managing change.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance regulations and best practices.
  • Strong conflict resolution and management skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
