- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices to ensure Chestnut Health Systems remains a leader in the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 6 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Talent Acquisition experience and PHR certification are a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- A passion for learning and staying current with HR trends and best practices.
