About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Saint Therese. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee site-level recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent aligned with our mission and values.
  • Implement talent development programs, including training and development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with existing legal employment requirements and communicate and train department and location managers.
  • Coordinate campus Work Comp, Loss Control, and Safety programs.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and inform decision-making.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and addressing employee concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR or other advanced Human Resources certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with EOS (Operating System) a plus.
  • Experience in non-profit or healthcare-related field preferred.
