Job Title: HR Manager

At The HR Source, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the full cycle of Human Resources, managing a team of experienced HR professionals, and driving HR functional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and individual team members to help them deliver their best work every single day.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring they understand and effectively carry out their roles and responsibilities.
  • Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, and skill development.
  • Provide compensation support, including salary planning, promotions, and incentive programs.
  • Partner with the business to lead performance management and talent development.
  • Work with managers and employees to address various employee relations issues.
  • Monitor the pulse of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
  • Work with the recruiting team on creating an aggressive recruitment strategy to hire customer-centric technical support staff.
  • Advise and direct on matters related to compliance and employment law.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of HR Business Partner experience and a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with a focus on results.
  • Strong experience with coaching and developing employees and managers.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments.
  • PHR or SPHR strongly preferred.
