The Executive Operations Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting high-level officials within the Department of Defense. This position is essential for ensuring seamless administrative operations and facilitating effective communication within the office.

Position Requirements:


• Must possess an active TS/SCI Clearance.

Desired Education & Experience:


• A minimum of five years of experience in executive-level assistance, including personnel management, scheduling, task coordination, and correspondence.


• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, or candidates should be actively pursuing one.


• Significant experience in arranging travel for senior military or civilian personnel through the Defense Travel System (DTS).


• A background in Executive Support, Staff Officer roles, or similar positions is highly desirable.


• Experience in federal government roles or consulting is preferred.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.


• A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and staff.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals.


• Provide exceptional executive-level support to Department of Defense leaders.


• Manage the daily schedules of senior executives, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.


• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including itineraries and agendas.


• Ensure compliance with Department of Defense tasking and formatting requirements.


• Track and manage office taskings as directed by executives.


• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives and officials as necessary.


• Execute tasks that support executive priorities and daily operations.


• Assist in protocol and event planning to support the office's mission.


• Collaborate with team members to draft policies, guidance, and memoranda.


• Provide office management support, including calendar and supply management.
