Position Summary:

The success of intricate enterprise transformations relies heavily on establishing a unified vision and objectives, aligning leadership, and fostering widespread acceptance and utilization of new technological systems, platforms, and processes. A pivotal element of this is ongoing, effective change management to expedite adoption and achieve our organizational goals. As a Senior Change Management Executive, you will play a crucial role in spearheading significant strategic initiatives across our expansive enterprise.

This position collaborates closely with enterprise stakeholders to ensure business preparedness, smooth implementation, and acceptance of new technologies and processes. It also entails leading a team of Change Managers dedicated to enhancing change capabilities within the organization by defining strategies and executing change management plans. In this capacity, you are expected to ensure the team performs at a high level and delivers outstanding business value to users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of business strategies, objectives, and goals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Work alongside senior leadership to outline the scope and impact of initiatives.
  • Direct the planning and execution of change management projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Formulate and implement thorough change management strategies aligned with transformation objectives.
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to manage expectations and mitigate resistance to change.
  • Guide and advise leaders, teams, partners, and individuals in adopting new operational methods and navigating change initiatives.
  • Identify potential internal or external resistance to proposed changes and associated risks; develop management and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with essential skills and knowledge for the transition.
  • Manage a substantial portfolio of projects and balance resource allocation across multiple initiatives as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as required.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the change management team, fostering a culturally aligned group of professionals.

Supervisory and Management Experience:

  • Hold both internal and contract team members accountable for achieving high performance.
  • Forge strong partnerships with enterprise stakeholders; collaborate with key partners to ensure shared ownership of exceptional user experiences and value delivery.
  • Identify resource needs and challenges early to avert future issues or risks to the continuity of delivery.

Budget Oversight:

  • Collaborate with project leads, Finance, and HR partners as necessary to budget and resource projects effectively on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or relevant experience with Organizational Change Management methodologies.
  • 5-7 years of experience leading and managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of the interdependencies among people, processes, and technologies, and their application in business transformation.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of success in large, complex multi-location programs/projects; experience with large-scale organizational change efforts is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with internal partners outside the U.S. is advantageous.
