Senior Executive Support Specialist

The Executive Operations Assistant will function as a pivotal support role within Eccalon, LLC, focusing on high-level administrative tasks and strategic communication initiatives. This position is essential in facilitating the operations of senior leadership and ensuring seamless coordination of activities.
Position Requirements:
• Must possess an active TS/SCI Clearance.
Desired Education & Experience:
• A minimum of five years of comprehensive experience in executive support, including personnel management, scheduling, task oversight, planning, and correspondence.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, or candidates actively pursuing one will be considered.
• Significant experience in arranging travel for senior military or civilian officials using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
• Background in Executive Support, Staff Officer roles, or similar positions is highly valued.
• Previous experience within federal government or consulting environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with the organization’s mission and objectives.
• Provide exceptional executive-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) leaders.
• Manage the daily schedules of DoD Executives, coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including itineraries, agendas, and pre-meeting documents.
• Ensure compliance with DoD systems and formatting requirements for taskings.
• Track and manage office taskings as directed by DoD Executives.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for DoD Executives and other officials as necessary.
• Execute tasks that support the priorities and daily operations of the Executive office.
• Assist in protocol and event planning to support the office mission.
• Collaborate with team members in drafting policies, guidance documents, and memoranda.
• Support office management functions, including calendar management and supply oversight.
