Position Overview: We are in search of a highly competent Executive Assistant to act as a vital support to our executive leadership. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in managing various priorities and providing essential assistance across all facets of our executive functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee intricate calendars, prioritize high-stakes meetings, and coordinate travel logistics
  • Draft and refine confidential documents, ensuring high standards of confidentiality
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, facilitating communication between executives and teams
  • Lead preparations for meetings, including follow-ups and event organization
  • Conduct strategic research and contribute to special projects
  • Manage email communications and prioritize incoming requests
  • Support onboarding processes and assist with cross-departmental initiatives
  • Perform data analysis to aid decision-making and support process enhancements
  • Assist with HR functions, budget management, and financial responsibilities
  • Enhance inter-departmental communication and represent executives as needed
  • Support crisis management efforts and internal communications
  • Monitor organizational KPIs and manage expense reporting
  • Maintain contact databases and provide administrative assistance as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within a fast-paced startup or corporate setting
  • Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours when necessary

Working Environment:

  • This hybrid role requires in-office presence a few days each week.
