Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Store Manager to join our team at True Religion Brand Jeans. As a Co-Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in driving positive results, leading by example, and supporting and adhering to all company initiatives and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations
  • Follow and share all store communications with the team for awareness and development in an effective and timely manner.
  • Schedule effectively to drive positive results, support traffic, and complete tasks.
  • Train associates on all company policies and procedures and hold the team accountable for comprehension and compliance.
  • Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to all customers to drive results through effective MOD segments and expectations.
  • Protect all company assets through training, awareness, and partnership with Loss Prevention.
Visual Merchandising
  • Adhere to and maintain the brand's visual merchandising guidelines and upload photos for review in a timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels proficiently and manage the shipping and receiving process for inventory integrity.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store/stockroom while ensuring the integrity of the brand.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a specialty Retail Manager in relevant traffic, volume, and unit intensity, or comparable management experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent customer engagement, talent development, visual presentation, and operational skills.
