About the Role

C.C. FILSON CO is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients and promoting our high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clienteling: Build and maintain a book of clienteling, providing personalized service to clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Luxury Experience: Deliver a luxury experience to all store clientele, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve daily and weekly sales goals, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the Filson product, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Store Operations: Perform duties related to opening and closing the store, including stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain store merchandising standards, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Stock and maintain size runs on the sales floor, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain the store appearance to the Filson standard, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a retail or sales role.
  • Skills: Friendly and outgoing personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift and carry 30 pounds, reach overhead, pull clothing and luggage from shelves, and bend, kneel, or stoop.
