TruckPro LLC is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our heavy-duty truck parts sales team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and motivate the inside and outside sales teams to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and communicate financial and business performance goals for the store, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage and coach associates to optimize store performance, working closely with HR and Talent Acquisition to address recruitment, talent management, and employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to address store operations and provide input on regional and corporate initiatives.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers to develop short-term and long-term sales forecasts for the outside sales team.
  • Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly financial requirements, meeting month-end close and cut-off deadlines.
  • Enforce compliance, safety, and vehicle policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Implement regional and corporate change initiatives, such as new systems, compensation plans, or policies, to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and maintain excellent vendor relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Administer financial matters, including inventory management, collections, and disbursements.

Requirements:

  • Five years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Five years of retail management experience, with a focus on heavy-duty truck parts sales.
  • Knowledge of the heavy-duty truck parts industry, with experience in after-market retail parts operations.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to operate power industrial equipment, such as forklifts.
