The starting salary for this position ranges from $81,000 to $92,000 annually, with potential bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the store leadership team, the Retail Operations Supervisor shares the responsibility of driving sales growth by ensuring customer satisfaction and developing both office and shop teams. Daily tasks may include:

  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires and overseeing the training and development of both office and shop personnel.
  • Facilitating weekly office meetings and bi-weekly shop meetings, while maintaining comprehensive records of these discussions.
  • Supporting the Assistant Operations Manager in preparing and communicating monthly updates with office staff.
  • Creating and managing store schedules, subject to final approval from the Store Manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations during gold buy transactions and processes.
  • Monitoring and enhancing the overall efficiency of office and shop operations.
  • Addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints promptly and discreetly.
  • Collaborating with the Facilities Department to maintain the store's appearance and upkeep.
  • Mastering all functions and processes within the shop, customer service department, and sales operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing, leading, developing, training, or supervising staff, along with at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a face-to-face setting is required. Previous jewelry sales experience is not necessary, as training will be provided.
  • Availability during evenings and weekends is essential, although the store is closed on major holidays.
  • Experience in retail sales or the hospitality industry is preferred, with the ability to effectively present product features and benefits.
