About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, including Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Customer Service, Finance, and Human Resources. Key responsibilities include order processing, vendor communications, tracking inventory, and maintaining purchasing records.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Support Purchasing Operations by assisting with order processing, vendor communications, tracking inventory, managing purchase orders, and maintaining purchasing records.
  2. Process expense reports, generate new vendor information, create, and follow up on purchase orders.
  3. Develop and maintain various documents, such as policies, work instructions, and reports.
  4. Ensure effective communication with personnel, including customers, vendors, and coworkers.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  6. Perform general administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies, processing mail, and coordinating customer and visitor visits.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required; an Associate degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • Proven computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Previous administrative experience is desired.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
