Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team in Pittsburgh. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities will include:
- Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative tasks
- Coordinate scheduling and set up meetings for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain office supplies
- HR Support
- Assist HR teams with candidate interviews, client coordination, and onboarding activities
- Project Coordination
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion
- Executive Support
- Provide administrative and personal support to two company principals, including correspondence, scheduling meetings, and personal errands
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years' experience supporting executives at a high level
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
