  • Financial Reporting: Assist with the build-out of the accounting infrastructure to support the company's growth, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process.
  • Account Reconciliations: Ensure Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled on a recurring basis as required.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare monthly Financial Statements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Manage the annual external Financial Statement and benefit plan audits, and oversee quarterly and annual Federal & State tax filings.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement business process improvement initiatives and strategies to ensure compliance with GAAP and statutory accounting.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
  • Professional Certifications: P.A. highly preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of total experience.
