Insight Global, a prominent player in the health care sector, is seeking a dedicated Account Management Specialist to enhance our Marketing team.

This role is pivotal in our expanding marketing division, focusing on the enhancement of our lead generation and revenue optimization strategies.

The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic team atmosphere, providing essential support to our sales personnel while collaborating with marketing operations to achieve significant outcomes.

The responsibilities of this position include overseeing the sales pipeline and ensuring client satisfaction post-launch. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries related to the sales marketing pipeline.
  • Prepare, manage, and deliver reports to internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Work collaboratively across departments (sales, product marketing, operations, and partners) to guarantee timely creation and delivery of marketing materials and overall project success.
  • Effectively communicate updates on partner performance.
  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to identify and cultivate new opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with partners.
  • Compile end-of-month campaign reports for accounting purposes.
  • Develop and refine new processes for the sales pipeline.
  • Assist with various projects and additional tasks as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably within an advertising agency.
  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and project management tools such as JIRA or Asana.
  • Detail-oriented and organized self-starter with a proactive growth mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong relationship management abilities.
  • Analytical thinker with a solid work ethic, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting teams, streamlining processes, and taking initiative on new responsibilities.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Publicis Group, What If Media Group, Interest Media, Zeno Group, or Shift 44 is a plus.


Benefit packages for this role will commence on the 31st day of employment and will include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching.

Employees in this position are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable law.
