The Client Risk Management Specialist is tasked with overseeing the entire client relationship, providing product consultancy, managing profitability programs, and driving sales for collateral-based vehicle and real estate products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Management Program Optimization (35%): Manage a portfolio of high-tier risk management accounts across multiple states, ensuring program performance and service excellence.
- Financial Performance Management (35%): Ensure that product offerings meet financial thresholds, actively consulting on program changes to maintain stability and meet client needs.
- Revenue Expansion (20%): Identify client needs and expand revenue through the sale of ancillary products that enhance client experience and mitigate risk.
- Client Training and Administration (10%): Provide comprehensive training to clients on program administration and ensure they understand policy details and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- 1-2 years of leadership experience
Additional Requirements:
- 50-70% travel required
- Valid driver's license and ability to insure a fleet vehicle
- Property and Casualty License within 6 months
