  • Establish and enforce adherence to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Coordinate and finalize annual audits for clients.
  • Delegate projects and direct staff to ensure precise financial reporting while identifying practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members.
  • Conduct training, performance appraisals, and career development planning.
  • Align team performance with organizational objectives.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience as a team manager in the Finance & Accounting domain.
  • Ability to manage a team of 10-20 professionals.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a BPO environment is preferred.

Education and Experience:

CA/CPA qualification with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
