Position: Office Administrative Coordinator

Location: Charlotte, NC

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Compensation: $23.70/hr.

Role Summary:

  • Manage annuity processing tasks including representative modifications, broker dealer adjustments, and linking requests. The processor is tasked with executing changes with the relevant annuity providers.
  • Oversee the printing and distribution of security cards (prior experience is not mandatory, but the ability to quickly adapt to various software applications is essential).
  • Assist in managing badge permissions within our system.
  • Address access requests (via email, chat, and voice if necessary) and ensure fulfillment.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned – adaptability and a willingness to embrace evolving business processes will be crucial.
