Molina Healthcare is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care to underserved communities. We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Provider Partnership Development Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The Strategic Provider Partnership Development Manager will play a critical role in supporting Molina's Washington Health Plan by developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with healthcare providers. This includes:

Job Summary:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and education programs for the provider network.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of provider quality improvement programs in accordance with prescribed quality standards.
  • Conducting data collection, reporting, and monitoring for key performance measurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned provider relationships across the network, addressing issues, developing and providing education, and facilitating meeting established goals.
  • Contribute to one or more of the quality improvement functions, including:
    • Supporting and engaging assigned provider groups to achieve quality measure targets.
    • Acting as primary contact to assigned providers, communicating information effectively, addressing questions and concerns, and collaborating to meet measure goals.
    • Supporting internal Quality and VBC-related activities.
  • Leading quality improvement activities, meetings, and discussions with and between other departments within the organization.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in health plan quality improvement, managed care, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated solid business writing experience.
  • Operational knowledge and experience with Excel and Visio (flow chart equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications:

We also welcome applicants with:

  • Preferred field: Clinical Quality, Public Health, or Healthcare.
  • Understanding and experience with Quality and HEDIS measures.
  • Proficient with data and reports.
  • Knowledge of risk adjustment.
  • 1 year of experience in Medicare and in Medicaid.
  • Experience with data reporting, analysis, and/or interpretation.

Molina Healthcare offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a $97,362.61 per year salary (actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level).
