Job Title: Marketing Product Manager - Strategic Partnerships

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Product Manager to lead our strategic partnerships efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing co-marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships plans to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand partners into in-game experiences
  • Manage day-to-day communication with brand partners, agency collaborators, and internal teams
  • Coordinate logistics and timelines to bring partnership elements to life
  • Support partnership teams with pitch deck creation, negotiation, and partner management
  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of social impact initiatives
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize partnership performance using metrics and insights

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading product or partner marketing activities in entertainment, licensed IP, or consumer product industries
  • Proven track record of executing complex, multi-faceted partnerships across gaming, entertainment, or tech sectors
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented project manager with ability to lead end-to-end execution
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar product lines and partnerships
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across departments
  • Experience in licensing and sponsorship deal negotiations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
