Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain partnerships with school districts, funders, private companies, and policymakers to advance the Center's mission.
- Manage contracts and negotiate agreements with various stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand the Center's impact.
- Organize and oversee events, conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage training programs for data scientists and teachers.
- Lead marketing efforts to promote the Center's initiatives and research findings.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness of the center's programs.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare reports on program outcomes and impact.
- Master's degree in Education, Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Four+ years of experience in Education Administration, Partnership Development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of K-12 education landscape and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in event planning and management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, technologies, and AI.
- Knowledge of educational research methodologies.
- Experience with grant writing and management.
