We are seeking an experienced Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join our dynamic team at the University of Washington. This role is crucial in expanding our reach and fostering relationships with school districts, funders, private companies, policymakers, and funders to deepen the Center's work and disseminate our findings to broaden the impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with school districts, funders, private companies, and policymakers to advance the Center's mission.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate agreements with various stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand the Center's impact.
  • Organize and oversee events, conferences, workshops, and seminars.
  • Manage training programs for data scientists and teachers.
  • Lead marketing efforts to promote the Center's initiatives and research findings.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness of the center's programs.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
  • Prepare reports on program outcomes and impact.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Education, Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Four+ years of experience in Education Administration, Partnership Development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of K-12 education landscape and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in event planning and management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms, technologies, and AI.
  • Knowledge of educational research methodologies.
  • Experience with grant writing and management.
