About the Job

Part Time Office Assistant is a key role within Global Channel Management, requiring a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to attorneys, legal operations manager, and legal staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical, secretarial, and billing support to the legal team
  • Coordinate appointments, arrange meetings, and assist with special events
  • Relay messages, sort and distribute mail, and perform various administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and office equipment is required, with experience in Ariba and Legal Tracker a plus
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work autonomously, and preserve confidentiality
  • General computer knowledge and typing skills (35 wpm)

This is a part-time opportunity that requires a flexible and adaptable individual to join our team and contribute to the success of Global Channel Management.
