- Verify insurance details and assist with billing processes.
- Collect payments and manage financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain and update patient records as necessary.
- Assist in coordinating treatments and referrals for patients.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer applications and quick to learn new software.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work setting.
- A customer service-oriented approach with empathy towards patient concerns.
- Familiarity with dental insurance and billing practices is advantageous.
