4 Corner Resources is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person support.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer hardware and software.
  • Assist with software and hardware installations, updates, and configurations.
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 months of experience in computer hardware or software troubleshooting.
  • Minimum of 3 months of experience with desktop operating systems.
  • Prior experience with testing and maintenance of computer systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual - English & Spanish preferred.

Pay Rate:

  • $19.00 per hour.
