Job Overview

City Wide Facility Solutions is on the lookout for a driven and ambitious B2B Sales Executive to enhance our sales force. If you possess a strong ability to identify business opportunities, foster client relationships, and close deals with integrity, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Initiate the sales cycle by scheduling meetings, understanding client needs, and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Close sales by establishing rapport with prospective clients, articulating our service offerings, addressing concerns, and finalizing contracts.
  • Dedicate a minimum of 20 hours weekly to prospecting activities.
  • Utilize and manage a customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep comprehensive records of client interactions.
  • Maintain a prioritized list of potential clients within the CRM.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in outside B2B sales, with a preference for recent roles in similar positions.
  • Proven success in sales, evidenced by achieving at least 105% of sales targets over two consecutive years.
  • Strong aptitude for prospecting and territory development.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, with a focus on data entry and organization.
  • Preferred certifications in sales training, such as Sandler, President's Club, or Dale Carnegie.
  • Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales.
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Organized and methodical in following a defined sales process, capable of guiding clients from initial contact to closure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to conduct presentations effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate team efforts and collaborate with operations and marketing departments.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
