The Steve Napleton Auto Group is currently seeking sales specialists for our Subaru division. We provide a sustainable work environment, comprehensive benefits, competitive compensation, clear career advancement opportunities, and attractive bonuses.

As a New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Specialist, you will receive extensive training and certification from Subaru, along with ongoing support from our dedicated management team. Many of our leaders have advanced from sales roles to management positions, bringing valuable experience to guide you on your journey to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an expert level of product knowledge for effective customer demonstrations
  • Utilize the CRM system to maximize sales efficiency
  • Assist customers in completing necessary sales documentation
  • Adhere to the sales process as outlined by management
  • Develop a successful referral network
  • Complete manufacturer-specific training as required
  • Engage with existing customers to enhance their ownership experience by reintroducing them to the technology and features of their vehicles

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic and energetic throughout the sales day
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven sales and/or customer service experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

We offer a competitive compensation package including a weekly salary plus monthly bonuses.
