Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Winback Specialist at Paylocity located in Schaumburg, IL, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Winback Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to former Paylocity clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and devising strategies to win them back. You will proactively engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, presenting them with tailored solutions and assisting with any inquiries or issues. You will also work closely with the field sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
