We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for administering the onboarding process for new dealer and manufacturer credit line requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospects in accordance with daily/weekly/monthly targets to obtain required information and lead them through the entire onboarding cycle from application to activation.
  • Validate and input account data within the system of record (Inventory Engine) to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure prospect applications and submitted application requirements are in accordance with TCFIF Legal, Compliance, and Credit policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Obtain information to qualify new prospects, including products and brands carried and distributors purchased from.
  • Lead qualified prospects assigned to you through the customer onboarding process from application to activation, which includes understanding applicant organizational structure, filing UCCs, and administering system-generated loan documentation.
  • Maintain tracking, reporting, and forecasting of active pipeline.
  • Actively expand and maintain product and brand knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Perform other onboarding-related tasks, responsibilities, and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing position or 3+ years of experience in banking or finance.
  • 1-3 years of sales, finance, loan documentation, or customer support experience.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, credit basics, and UCCs.
