Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and analyze potential clients within the commercial and industrial sectors needing painting services.
- Employ various strategies, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals, to cultivate leads.
- Proposal Creation:
- Draft and deliver comprehensive proposals and estimates detailing the project scope, timelines, and pricing.

- Client Relationship Management:
