Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to set and achieve sales objectives for the designated region.
- Lead a team of 7-8 sales directors to optimize revenue generation.
- Monitor regional expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Provide guidance to each sales director regarding their monthly sales targets and weekly activity goals, including necessary action plans.
- Deliver weekly reports on the team's sales performance for both monthly and quarterly metrics.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each sales director, adhering to a structured agenda.
- Regularly assess team performance to ensure sales and quota responsibilities are met at both the Director and Account Executive levels.
- Recruit, onboard, and train the sales director team to maintain required staffing levels.
- Effectively manage customer complaints and establish a clear escalation process.
- Contribute regional sales insights and recommendations to strategic planning and reviews; prepare and execute action plans; implement measures for production, productivity, and quality.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management.
- 2-3 years of experience in all facets of Major Market Account Payroll.
- Proven success in leading and directing a skilled, motivated, and results-driven sales team.
- Extensive experience with major account payroll, HR, and time and attendance solutions within large, complex organizations.
- Strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel and operate in a virtual environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive sales performance.
- A minimum of 12 months in the current role.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

The compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $208,248 per year; however, the base pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
