**Job Description:**

This full-time position will be responsible for handling customer calls and inquiries, providing accurate information, and performing administrative duties such as vital records, fleet management, and petty cash. The selected applicant must be willing and able to travel to all Worcester County Health Department sites.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in clerical duties preferred
  • Candidates may substitute 30 credit hours of education at an accredited college or university for one year of experience
  • Proficiency in electronic spreadsheet programs and customer service skills desired
