Job Summary

Ascentria Care Alliance seeks an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to perform various administrative duties to support program deliverables and employees of all levels. This position will oversee the reception area, answer and direct calls, greet external and internal visitors, distribute mail, coordinate staff trainings, and maintain office supplies.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all office visitors, including clients, guardians, providers, vendors, and staff, and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Organize staff trainings, including developing a training schedule, copying materials, preparing sign-in and evaluation sheets, managing a database, and preparing training certificates.
  • Order and manage office and general supplies, including business cards, with the approval of the Manager/Director.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative office support experience required, with 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
