We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a vital part in providing exceptional support to our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

We require an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to handle various administrative tasks including:

  • Providing positive and professional interactions with residents, visitors, and guests.
  • Managing the daily opening and closing of the office, ensuring a clean and organized reception area.
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Assisting with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and collating.
  • Greeting and directing visitors to the facility.
  • Maintaining conference room schedules for corporate offices.
  • Receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail, as well as preparing outgoing mail.
  • Coordinating express mail services and distributing checks to employees and clients.
  • Processing daily deposits for accounts receivable and managing office supplies through Staples.
  • Assisting with meeting set-ups, preparation, and transcription.
  • Updating office directories on an ongoing basis.
  • Working with campus nurses and managers to follow emergency protocols and procedures.
  • Maintaining key assignment logs and front desk daily sheets for incoming and outgoing residents.
  • Performing various administrative tasks as requested.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • General knowledge of Front Desk Receptionist procedures.
  • A friendly and outgoing demeanor with the ability to connect with a diverse group of people.
  • Exceptional efficiency, organization, and resourcefulness.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in basic word processing, data entry, and automated records.
  • Front Desk Receptionist or office management experience is preferred.

About You:

This opportunity offers a competitive salary range between $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

Please note that additional per diem shifts may be available in our Assisted Living and Long-Term Care Facilities.
