Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team in delivering high-quality construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist project managers in gathering equipment, resources, and information to implement upcoming projects.
  • Budget Management: Maintain accurate budgets and work schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Communication: Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to organize project expectations and maintain consistent communication.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on project budget and spending, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with Prime Contract to owners for review and execution, manage and distribute project tasks on Procore, and prepare comprehensive subcontracts.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage and process subcontractor invoices, change orders, owner pay applications, and change orders.
  • Estimating: Assist in the preparation of estimates and support the bid process.
  • Problem-Solving: Evaluate and identify challenges, utilizing resources to solve problems and ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the office daily.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient with construction management software ProCore and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, deadline and detail-oriented, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
