Position Overview:
HME is seeking an Installation Project Coordinator to foster strong customer relationships throughout the installation journey.

Your role will involve:

  • Collaborating with the Sales Team, installers, and clients to streamline the installation process.
  • Selecting installation partners and managing work orders for shipment and setup.
  • Ensuring site readiness prior to installation.
  • Monitoring daily progress reports and updating installation statuses in our systems.
  • Providing technicians with clear instructions and necessary equipment according to HME standards.
  • Facilitating timely completion of field service orders.
  • Collecting and maintaining installation documentation, including photos.

Additionally, you will:

  • Review daily reports to confirm installations are on schedule and follow up with technicians on outstanding service orders.
  • Work with installers and clients to promptly resolve any installation challenges.
  • Analyze and propose solutions for problematic installations.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Follow up with clients regarding site readiness issues, such as power and wiring.
  • Coordinate field service orders with the appropriate installers based on location and availability.
  • Ensure service issues are resolved by collaborating with Technical Support, installers, and clients.
  • Communicate status updates and issues to both internal and external stakeholders until resolution is achieved.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in PC usage and typing.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Commitment to completing tasks efficiently.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $20.44/hour - $27.22/hour, depending on experience and other factors. Our comprehensive benefits package includes tuition reimbursement, three weeks of paid vacation in your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
