In this pivotal role, you will ensure that project milestones are met while valuing input from all stakeholders and motivating team members to fulfill project goals.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take on the responsibilities of a Scrum Master, working closely with diverse teams to adopt Agile methodologies. Your role will also encompass managing program control resources, providing updates to upper management, and assisting engineering leaders to guarantee that projects are completed within established budgets and timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operational elements of projects, ensuring successful outcomes.Serve as the primary liaison for project activities and stakeholder engagement.Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and effectively manage risks.Guide Agile teams, facilitate sprint planning sessions, and ensure transparency in project developments.Collaborate with product owners to establish project priorities and timelines.Foster a culture of excellence and adherence to organizational standards.Implement and adhere to a change management strategy to tackle project obstacles.TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Project Management:

Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.2-4 years of experience in project management.2+ years of experience utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies.Preferred:
Master's degree, experience in coding/programming, and project management certification.Experience working in diverse environments related to business applications and IT infrastructure.WORK ENVIRONMENT
Position may be performed in a professional office or remote setting as needed.Compensation Range: $135-180K
