The Expansion Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day process of fulfilling Tech Ops and Quality commitments and initiatives, cross-functional coordination and ensuring effective tracking, reporting, and control. As a key member of the team, the Project Manager will drive the successful delivery of projects, manage project resources, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role will play a pivotal part in optimizing project outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and contributing to the organization's overall growth and success.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and own an integrated project plan for the site build project through coordination across workstream leads.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies and methodologies to meet the organization's project objectives.
• Lead and guide project in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure execution of defined project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing expectations and mitigating risks.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure projects stay on track.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to management and stakeholders on project performance and outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing among project team members.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.
• Establish and/or maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project activities and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Evaluate and implement project management tools and software to enhance project tracking and reporting capabilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
Experience: 4+ years’ relevant experience required.
§ Direct experience working in a cGMP and/or aseptic manufacturing is highly desired.
§ Prior experience or training in radiochemistry or radiopharmacy desired.
§ Strong leadership, communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
§ Demonstrated history of working collaboratively across functions and sites.
§ Knowledge and understanding of cGMP requirements and the application of continuous improvement in a regulated environment.
§ 5-10% travel
